$100 cleaning fee added to all reservations

To secure your reservation a 50% rental fee is due upon signing contract, along with a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages. The security deposit amount is subject to the type of event and number of guests and will be discussed prior to delivering contract. The remaining rental fee is due 1 week prior to the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given for cancellations made 60 days or more before the event, a 50% refund is given for cancellations between 30-60 days, and no refund is given for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
